A Few More For The Day

Different Lighting.

This weekend our shooting assignment was to shoot the same picture with three different lighting. Like morning afternoon and evening and it will go in that order. I think I like the last one the best because your just focus on the light bulb.

In these past photos I have been using Adobe Photoshop Elements 6. Kinda confusing but I can deal with it. Im happy with this picture cause I have an equal amount of color in the picture

Composition Theme

This is our "apple holder" in my kitchen but obviously there are no apples in it. I like this photo cause to me I just have a weird attraction towards it. Its kinda blurry but I guess it just adds character. 

This is my sister Avriel. Obviously she is doing some homework. I like this photo for how clear it came to be. Unlike the other photo above. It also follows the rule of thirds. Avriel is kinda off to the side looking towards the middle.

Ugh Oh My Gosh! This photo took me forever to take. My camera was not focusing well in the light and I didnt want to have my flash on so I just turned on a light in the back of the picture. Worked out soooo much better. Its a very vibrant picture. 

I took this picture on my way to Marshfield for a doctors appointment. It follows the curved line rule...hopefully. It looks alot better black and white than color.

Open Theme

So I had to take a picture of my hands cause I love hands. They just fascinate me. How they move, feel, and how they look. I decided to go with this color because of the light next to my hand. This was taken in my room and about 9 o'clock at night.

This photo was taken in my garage.  I love basketball! That sport is my life, It all I do during the summer, the winter, in my sleep. I like this photo cause I can see the good texture of the basketball on it. The black and white looked so much better than just color so I chose that.

Hey, thats me! I took this photo in my car before going to get some food at IGA. Yeah I know I'm lame. I choose black and white because of the lighting in the picture. It just looked so much better than color.

My Camera I Use!

This is the camera I use. It is a Canon EOS Rebel XS. Its a 10 megapixel and a 18-55mm zoom. I love it. I kinda wish it had a higher megapixel but you cant always get what you want. I know this is not a school assignment but I was just kinda bored so I decieded to you what camera I use.

First Blog Post!

Since this my first blog post, I pretty much have no clue what I am doing! But good thing I'm practicing. Practice makes perfect. Anyways when I take photos I have this thing with hands. I just love hands. Kinda weird I know. In this picture I love how deep the colors are. At the top they start light and towards the bottom they turn dark. I thought that was pretty interesting. The other thing is I love babies, so when I saw this picture, I was instantly drawn to the fact the mother I'm guessing and her baby were holding hands. Beautiful picture!!
