Finally...back

Oh my goodness where do I begin with my summer. Well I am finally going to be a senior in high school. Played a lot of basketball. And spending time with Nate. On July 12th I got offered a full ride scholarship for basketball to UW-Parkside. That was very exciting! Unfortunately, on July 17th I tore my ACL and a smitten of my MCL. So the next day I verbally commited to Parkside. During recovery I will be doing exercises on my own and going to PT three times a week. I will not be participating in volleyball which hurts. But what hurts the most is missing half of my basketball season. Its soooo hard, but I will be back sometime in January. Then by this time next summer I will be moving down to Kenosha to attend another four amazing years! Now I have alot of down time so I finally decided to grab my camera and treat myself to taking a stroll with Nate and getting some pictures in. Hope yall like em!

I haven't had a lot of time this weekend because I went to a conference but I did get some pictures in. I chose these three images because I think they work the best on how I feel today. The camera I used was a Canon Rebel XS. I edited them so that they could look better.

Jayden

Jayden is the sweetest baby. He is 5 months old and is a premature baby. Jayden is a little fighter. He was born 2 months early and has several health problems. The moment I saw him I fell in love with him. Tonya is his mother and when I first met her I knew Zach (cousin) had a keeper. She was different from all the other girls that he brought to holiday parties and birthdays. She is kind and brave person. Tonya is very protective her child and I like that about her. Jayden's real father is out of the picture. Zach is a good father to Jayden and the other one along the way. I think Tonya is 5 weeks pregnant with Zach child. If its a girl they are going to name it Alyse LaRae Shubert. I dont know for the boys name. This blog post is dedicated to the new Shubert family.

Derivative Project

So I chose Keith Carter as my photographer to copy. I think that I did an okay I job at it. I think I can do better. I changed it up a little bit, in Carter's photo, Hands, he had four hand and I just have two and I have a different color effect than he does.
